From the first sketch
to just-in-time delivery.
Six stages under one roof. No handing the customer over between suppliers, no loss of engineering context.
Design
Requirements analysis, material selection, component design in CAD. Collaboration with the customer at engineering level.
Simulation
Strength and flow analysis (FEM, Moldex3D). Validation of the component design and the injection mould design.
Prototype
3D printing, digital prototyping, verification of function and quality under near-series conditions.
Mould & Process
Process preparation, optimisation of the injection moulding and assembly processes, PPAP validation.
Series delivery
Series production on 3 shifts / 7 days. Assembly, quality control, JIT deliveries to customer plants in the EU.

CAD design
Design of plastic components, DFM and DFA analysis, optimisation for the injection moulding process. Compliance with customer standards.
CAE / FEM simulation
Analysis of strength, stresses and component behaviour under load - before the mould is built.
Injection moulding simulation
Moldex3D - analysis of mould filling, warpage, cooling and fibre orientation. Practically full correlation between the model and the 3D measurement of the real component.
3D printing & prototypes
Digital prototyping, verification of design and ergonomics. Fast iterations before tooling starts.
Injection moulds
Proven tooling partners in Poland, the EU and Asia - competitive prices, short lead times.
Plastics injection moulding
40 injection moulding machines 25–650 t, Arburg / JSW, 3 shifts / 7 days, 440 active moulds, 60 M pcs / month.
Assembly and overmoulding
Assembly lines, manual assembly of harnesses and metal inserts, visual and functional inspection.
Just-in-Time
~400 delivery documents per month. Deliveries to customer plants in the EU - EDI, kanban, milk runs.
Simulation reveals problems
before they become costs.
The cost of an error grows with every stage of a project; simulation stops that growth. With simulation, we can avoid costly mistakes before the mould is even made.
Model - risk prediction
Warpage simulation of a PA6.6 GF50 component - mould filling, direction of deformation after ejection from the tool. It pinpoints risk areas while a change still costs hours of work, not weeks of rework.
Measurement - direction confirmed
3D scan of the moulded component compared with the prediction. The matching trend confirms that further process decisions can be based on simulation, without costly trials.
