MS-ARMOR 360
Modular, articulated armour protecting wire harnesses, pneumatic lines and hydraulic hoses in military vehicles and off-road machinery.
Since 2013 we have been designing, moulding and assembling components for demanding industrial customers in Europe. We bring our experience from automotive and rolling stock to defence programmes - with full NDA and export control discipline.
We run every project end-to-end - from design and simulation, through the mould and process validation, to series production and assembly. Repeatability confirmed by measurement, full documentation discipline, work under NDA. Example applications below.
Modular, articulated armour protecting wire harnesses, pneumatic lines and hydraulic hoses in military vehicles and off-road machinery.
Sealed enclosures for communication modules, field computers and controllers - resistant to shock, vibration and extreme temperatures.
Specialised wire harnesses for drones and other unmanned aerial platforms, used for telemetry data transmission, GPS modules, cameras and sensors, and for powering motors, controllers and on-board equipment.
Housings and buttons, seat side panels, release handles, seat position adjustment mechanisms - solutions carried over from automotive programmes.
Technical fastening parts - fasteners, clips, holders, straps, latches, grommets and special parts. Application: securing brake, fuel and electrical lines.
The defence sector demands weather resistance, production repeatability and rigorous documentation discipline all at once. We bring these three worlds together - with experience carried over from automotive and rolling stock.
Production processes and quality system prepared for NATO AQAP requirements - compatible with our IATF 16949 foundation.
We work with PA‑GF, PC‑FR, PEEK, PPS and PA46 - materials offering the weather, chemical and ballistic resistance required in defence applications.
Full confidentiality discipline, awareness of ITAR/EAR regulations and of the Polish Act on trade in strategic goods.
Multi-year production programmes, buffer stock, full JIT readiness - critical in armed forces supply chains.
A short path from 3D-printed prototype, through a pilot series, to series production - a typical cycle of 10–16 weeks.
Production located in Poland, in-house engineering base - supply chain resilience in the Polish Armed Forces' technical modernisation programmes.
Three stages, one supplier. The typical path from first analysis to first series delivery takes 6–16 weeks.
Feasibility analysis, material selection, Moldex3D simulation.
3D printing, pilot mould, dimensional and environmental validation.
Series production, SPC, buffer stock, JIT deliveries.
We handle enquiries, RFQs and talks on cooperation in defence programmes directly - no intermediaries and no unnecessary delay.
